Our report currently consists of 53 pages. The report is delivered electronically, on site, via a CD rom.
Much of the report covers general home inspection categories with information that is geared specifically to the home being surveyed. We have found that this approach makes the report easily understandable and eliminates extensive use of "boilerplate" language which is often hard to comprehend.

The report concludes with a summary (view sample summary) which brings to the forefront, in clear, concise language, any concerns regarding the home. There are 3 sections in the summary:
- Material Deficiencies, as defined by Pa. State Bill SB1032
Typically these would be the most serious and potentially costly concerns
- Other Visual Observations and Concerns
These would typically be those items expected to be found in any home
- List of major items which should be budgeted for replacement within a 5 yr period (starting today)
This provides you a view into the near future and can help distinguish between properties and establish a baseline for current and future planning.
